Welcome to Tri-Core, we prioritize the health and safety of our employees, clients, and the community we serve. We believe that maintaining a safe and healthy work environment is essential for the success of our projects and the well-being of everyone involved. 

At Tri-Core, we take a proactive approach to health and safety by implementing the following measures:

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

 We provide our employees with the necessary PPE to protect them from potential hazards. This includes hard hats, safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, and high-visibility clothing. We also train our employees on the proper use of PPE and ensure that it is worn at all times in areas where there is a risk of injury 

TRAINING AND EDUCATION

We believe that education and training are key to maintaining a safe work environment. Therefore, we provide our employees with regular training on health and safety procedures and make them aware of any potential hazards they may encounter on the job. Our training includes equipment operation, emergency response, and first aid.

RISK ASSESSMENTS

We conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take appropriate steps to mitigate or eliminate them. This includes identifying potential hazards before any work commences and ongoing monitoring throughout the project. 

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

We ensure that all equipment is regularly maintained and inspected to ensure that it is in safe working condition. This includes checking for any damage, wear and tear, and proper functioning of safety features.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION 

We understand the importance of protecting the environment and take all necessary measures to ensure that our projects are environmentally friendly. This includes proper disposal of waste materials and taking steps to prevent soil erosion and water pollution. 

COMMUNICATION 

We encourage open communication between employees and management and have a system in place for reporting any safety concerns or incidents. We believe that effective communication is essential for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
